| Students Question Math Department’s Move to Omit Exemptions

In every class and every semester of one’s high school career, there are final exams. Some teachers allow students to exempt and others do not. These policies have changed numerous times since I have been a freshman. My freshman year we had two exemptions; sophomore year they went down to one exemption. As for next year, we will still only have one exemption, but the math department has decided to not allow exemptions.
